Last week, I made pan fried striped bass on top of roasted olives, artichokes and red peppers with a side of tabbouleh. I was kind of going for a Mediterranean theme, it was very fresh and healthy. And check out that crispy fish skin, yum!

With the ramen craze in America, ramen is no stranger to me. I’ve been eating all kinds of Asian noodles in soups since I was in my mother’s womb.
I made my simple version of a miso seafood ramen, it reminds me of the Chinese seafood noodle soups that my dad used to make growing up. One of these days, I will take on the tasks of making traditional ramen.
