With the ramen craze in America, ramen is no stranger to me. I’ve been eating all kinds of Asian noodles in soups since I was in my mother’s womb.
I made my simple version of a miso seafood ramen, it reminds me of the Chinese seafood noodle soups that my dad used to make growing up. One of these days, I will take on the tasks of making traditional ramen.

I made my simple version of a miso seafood ramen, it reminds me of the Chinese seafood noodle soups that my dad used to make growing up. One of these days, I will take on the tasks of making traditional ramen.

Why do you taste so delicious, stuffed with your baked salmon and soy-marinated shiitake mushrooms and drizzled with Kewpie mayo and Japanese rice seasoning?

What?! More soba noodles? Yes, I love soba noodles. This is maitake mushroom with kelp and fresh daikon in a soy broth and raw egg yolk. Also from Bon Appetit magazine.

Hot damn, another successful recipe from Bon Appetit Magazine. This was their miso baked tomatoes with soba noodles. Light and delicious.

Poached Cod with saffron and tomatoes, this recipe is so easy to make and it came from Bon Appetit Magazine. Fresh cod was on sale at our local grocery store and thought it would be nice to make this!
